TROUBLE LOGGING INTO WEB-BASED EMAIL OR INBOX "LOADING" BUT NEVER DISPLAYS ANY EMAILS

AOL Users
The default browser that comes with AOL will not work! Once you have connected to AOL open Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator. AOL users may experience additional difficulties because AOL uses proxy servers, which can interfere with the security/encryption required to log in at CULS.

Roadrunner Users
If you are using Time Warner's Roadrunner cable modem service, you must have the proxy server turned off or you will not be able to log in via the web.

All Users
Check that you are using the latest version of MS Internet Explorer.

Proxy server should be turned off because it can interfere with the security/encryption required to log in at CULS.

Active Scripting must be enabled. If this is not enabled then your Inbox will display "Loading" and will never display any emails.
  • Open IE
  • Tools --> Internet Options
  • Click the Security Tab
  • Select Internet
  • Click the Custom Level button
  • Scroll down to Scripting
  • Enable Active Scripting
  • Click OK
