Online Registration: Account Information

WebAdvisor is a service hosted by the main campus of Capital University.  The account information is different for accessing WebAdvisor than it is for other services hosted at Capital. Please read carefully below.

User ID in WebAdvisor is your Student ID.  Your Student ID is a seven digit number.  First and second year students probably have this number displayed on the front of their student ID card.  It should also be on schedules and other printed material from the Office of Records and Registration.  If you cannot find your Student ID number go to the Office of Records and Registration to have it retrieved for you.

Password in WebAdvisor is your first digit of first name, first digit of last name, last four digits of Social Security Number, with Law (capitalization sensitive) at the end.  The password is case sensitive.  The password contains only one capital letter, the L in Law. If the last four digits of your social security number begin with zero, please drop the zero and only use the last three.

After four incorrect attempts to log in, your account will be locked. For more information on this process, visit this page.
