Res Ipsa Loquitur is the student newspaper of
Capital University Law School. The purpose of Res Ipsa is
to obtain, acquire, report, disseminate and provide to the faculty,
staff and students of the Law School information of interest to the
student body and information relevant to the study and practice of law.
The newspaper is published monthly and accepts article submissions from
Capital University Law School students, faculty, staff and associated
