The required text for this course is Shoben, Tabb and Janutis, Remedies: Cases and Problems (4th ed. 2007). I also will distribute photocopied materials in class throughout the semester.

 

  Our first class will meet from 6-9 pm on Tuesday, May 13, 2008. For that night, please read the following:

 

Chapter 1 pp. 1-6;

Chapter 2 pp. pp. 31-41 ( Hanna ; Brunecz ; & Pollard ); pp. 13-18; 27-31 ( Orloff & Pulliam ); pp. 22-27 ( Treister ); and

Prepare Problems: The Waste Lagoon, pp. 6-9; & The Fired Nurse, pp. 18-19.

 

For our second class on Thursday, May 15, 2008, please read the following:

 

Chapter 10 pp. 372-82 ( Eastlake & Gruber );

Prepare Problem: The Portrait Contract pp. 378-80; and

   Chapter 10 pp. 389- 401 ( Wilson & Gerwin ).

 

I will distribute a syllabus in class on May 13.
