1) The text for the class is :  Schwartz, Wydick, Perschbacher, and Bassett's Problems in Legal Ethics, (American Casebook Series, Thomson-West). 

2) Also required :  Dzienkowski's Professional Responsibility Standards, Rules and Statutes, abridged edition.
