There will be one additional text: The Mediator Handbook .

It is only available for purchase in the Legal Clinic on the first floor of the Law School . The cost is $20.00.

 

First class assignment:

 

Read all The Mediator Handbook (short and easy to read)

Read Chapters 1-3 of Mediation: The Roles of Advocate and Neutral .
