In Richard K. Neumann, Jr., Legal Reasoning and Legal Writing, read Chapters 24, 26 & 27. Be prepared to discuss the exercise on page 311. TYPE & BRING A HARD COPY TO CLASS TO TURN IN: The exercise on page 351, numbers 1 & 2, with the following modification: you may select just three facts from the Welty hypothetical, instead of describing all of the facts. Use the same three facts for exercise 1 and exercise 2, modified in each case to fit the procedural posture described.
