The assignment for Alternative Dispute Resolution for Monday, July 14 is as follows:

1.         Counseling handout available in the bins on the 5 th floor (near the mailroom)

2.         Adjudication handout available in the bins on the 5 th floor

3.         Edward Brunet & Charles B. Craver, Alternative Dispute Resolution:  The Advocates Perspective ( 2 nd and 3 rd ed ).

            a.         Chapter 1 (both editions)  Introduction to Alternative Dispute Resolution

            b.         Chapter 2 -  (while the page numbers vary between editions)  Read A.  Introduction to Negotiation and B.  Factors Affecting the Negotiation Process

I will explain the confusion about editions when we meet.  Both editions will work for this class.
