LAW
(3 credits): Analysis of the relationship between employers, employees and
unions in the private sector under the National Labor Relations Act and other
federal statutes. Topics include union organizing, employer and employee
bargaining relations, representation procedures, strikes and picketing, unfair
labor practices, the duty of fair representation, internal union affairs, and
the enforcement of collective bargaining agreements. Prerequisites: 600, 601,
610, and 611.
