JURISPRUDENCE
(3 credits): A systematic examination of ways of thinking about law; analysis of
several contemporary theories of law (such as critical legal studies, critical
race theory, and feminist legal theory) and application of their methods to
concrete problems. Prerequisites: first year day courses.
