Higher Education Law - 807
(3 Credit Hours): This course will focus on law related to issues in
higher education, including such topics as the nature and establishment
of colleges and universities (hereinafter “colleges”), the
relationship of colleges to local, state and federal governments, internal
and external governance issues, relationship to educational associations,
and college constituent groups (faculty, administrators, and students).
