Following is the course description as contained in the Manual of Policies
and Procedures of Capital University Law School.
GENERAL LITIGATION CLINIC (2 or 3 credits): Law students
who have received a limited license to practice law from the Ohio Supreme
Court represent clients who are charged with misdemeanor offenses or
who have civil legal problems in areas such as domestic relations, probate,
bankruptcy, landlord-tenant, consumer, and wills. Prerequisite: first
year evening courses; 906-907 or 908. For students who have completed
two-thirds of the credit hours needed to graduate, prerequisite: first
year evening courses; Co-requisite: 906-907 or 908.
