FEDERAL COURTS (2 credits): Original and appellate jurisdic­tion of federal courts; Constitutional and legislative limita­tions on federal courts; concurrent jurisdiction with state courts; section 1983 litigation and writs of habeas corpus. Prerequisite: 661.
