and Procedures of Capital University Law School.
EVIDENCE (4 credits): Major topics in the law of evidence,
including competency of witnesses, credibility and impeachment, opinion
evidence, character and reputation, evidence of other crimes, hearsay
evidence, the Best Evidence Rule, and authentication of evidence. Prerequisites:
first year evening courses.
