ESTATES AND TRUSTS (4 credits): A survey of the law
relevant to the transfer of property from one generation to another,
both inside and outside the probate system. This course will integrate
much of the material covered separately in 750 and 751. See those course
descriptions. Prerequisites: 600, 601, 610, 611, 620, 621. Not open
to students who have taken 750 or 751
