ENVIRONMENTAL LAW (3 credits): Federal statutes and
regulations governing air pollution, water pollution, and hazardous
wastes, including Clean Air Act, Comprehensive Environmental Response,
Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA), and Resource Conservation and
Recovery Act. Prerequisites: 620, 621.
