EMPLOYMENT
DISCRIMINATION (3 credits): A survey of federal laws prohibiting discrimination in employment
on the basis of race, national origin, sex, age, religion, and disability.
Focuses on Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Americans with
Disabilities Act, Age Discrimination in Employment Act, Equal Pay Act, and
reconstruction era civil rights statutes. Prerequisites: 650, 651.
