Following is the course description as contained
in the Manual of Policies and Procedures of Capital University Law School.
900 E-LEGAL RESEARCH (2 credits): This course will
discuss and evaluate methods of electronic legal research. Internet
legal resources, including Westlaw and Lexis, will be reviewed. Student
will learn to evaluate electronic research tools and sources. A major
course objective is to help students develop cost-effective and efficient
research strategies. Because of the nature of the course, it will have
a limited enrollment noticed in the registration materials.
