DISPUTE RESOLUTION (2 credits): Study of the major alternatives
to litigation for the resolution of disputes including negotiation,
mediation, arbitration, and court-annexed procedures. Theoretical materials
applied in simulated exercises. Prerequisites: first year evening course.
