CORPORATE COUNSEL (3 credits) This course
will identify the multiple roles that often comprise the position of
corporate counsel, thus distinguishing it from others in the legal profession.
The course focuses mostly on problem solving from within the corporate
counsel's multiple roles. Students will consider the role of corporate
counsel in implementing, guiding and overseeing the many issues covered
in substantive law areas, including a look at ethics and professionalism.
Prerequisites: 700, 701 Co-requisites; Professional Responsibility
