CONTEMPORARY MEDICAL LIABILITY
(3 credits): Comprehensive examination of personal injury tort law as
it pertains to the modern spectra of health care providers and causes
of action. Analyses from traditional physician medical malpractice
through current enterprise liability for denial of treatment, malpractice
insurance, and tort reform. Prerequisites: 610, 611.
