Conflicts of Law (3 credits)

Following is the course description as contained in the Manual of Policies and Procedures of Capital University Law School. 

CONFLICTS OF LAW (3 credits): The various ways courts decide which law will control when litigation is based on contacts with two or more states; the effect of the Constitutional on the choice; the full faith and credit clause; and the relationship of Indian tribes with the state and federal government. Prerequisites: first year day courses.
