CIVIL
PROCEDURE: RULES: (3 credits): Federal Rules of Civil Procedure,
including pleading, motions to dismiss, sanctions, discovery, motions
for summary judgment, joinder of claims and parties, judgment as a
matter of law during and after trial, dismissals, relief from judgment,
res judicata and collateral estoppel, and appeals.
