BUSINESS PLANNING
PRACTICUM (2 credits): Integrated study of corporate, financial,
tax, accounting, and securities aspects of: organization of a
small corporation, organization of a public corporation, stock dividends,
recapitalization and stock redemption in the context of stockholder
conflict, corporate liquidations, corporate mergers and acquisitions.
Prerequisites: first year evening courses, 680, 700, and either 855
or 856; Co-requisite: 701.
