APPELLATE ADVOCACY
PRACTICUM (2 credits): Course focuses on writing appellate briefs
and preparing oral arguments in defense of the brief. Advanced
writing, analysis, and persuasion skills are emphasized. Additional
topics include appellate jurisdiction, the standard of review, and appealable
orders. Prerequisites: 630, 631, and for evening students, 632.
