ANTITRUST LAW AND
TRADE REGULATION (3 credits): Competitors' and monopolists' behavior
under federal and state antitrust laws; anti-competitive behavior such
as price-fixing, allocation of markets, tying arrangements, refusals
to deal; attempts to monopolize; mergers; pro-competitive behavior.
Prerequisites: first year day courses.
