ADVANCED CRIMINAL PROCEDURE (3 credits): Focuses
on trial and appeal: severance, speedy trial, discovery, guilty pleas,
jury selection, pretrial publicity, double jeopardy, appeals, and habeas
corpus. Prerequisite: 650, 790.
