This concentration prepares
interested students for the challenges of working in government.
While studying the principles of governmental law, students can also
take advantage of the law school's proximity to heart of Ohio's government.
Requirements:
The student must complete fifteen (15) credit hours of course work,
earn a minimum 2.8 grade point average in the courses taken to satisfy
the concentration, fulfill the upper-class writing requirement in an
approved course or independent study.

Law, Environmental Law, Water Pollution Law and Policy, Air Pollution
Law and Policy, Hazardous Waste Law and Policy, Land Use Controls, Immigration
and Naturalization Law, Health Law, School Law, State and Local Tax,
Unfair Trade Practices, Civil Rights, Election Law, Employment Law,
Employment Discrimination, Federal Courts, Labor Law, and no more than
one of the following--Dispute Resolution, Interviewing and Counseling,
Mediation Skills Practicum, Environmental Law Practicum
