This concentration prepares the interested student for practicing
law effectively regarding the myriad issues involving families. Issues
span infancy to death, including topics of adoption, rights of children,
family violence, elder care, and estate planning. This concentration
is linked with the Law School's National Center for Adoption Law &
Policy and the Family Advocacy Clinic.
