Section 4.1 Degree Requirements, Course of Study, and Course Load

4.1.09 A. Semester Exchange Student Programs

1. CANADA (Province of Saskatchewan)

University Of Saskatchewan College of Law: Two pre-approved Capital law students each year may enroll in the University of Saskatchewan College of Law (Saskatoon, Canada) to earn up to 10 semester hours law credit during their fall or spring semesters. Students must pay for housing, books, transportation, personal expenses and Capital’s tuition. There is no tuition or application fee charge by the University of Saskatchewan. The language of instruction is English.

2. GERMANY (Province of Bavaria)

University of Passau: Two pre-approved Capital law students each year may enroll in the University of Passau Faculty of Law (Passau, Germany) to earn up to 10 semester hours law credit during their fall (October - February) or spring (May - August) terms. Students must pay for housing, books, transportation, personal expenses and Capital’s tuition. There is not tuition or application fee charge by the University of Passau. The language of instruction is German.

3. UNITED KINGDOM (Scotland)

University of Glasgow: Two pre-approved Capital law students each year may enroll in the University of Glasgow School of Law, Glasgow, Scotland, United Kingdom to earn up to 10 semester hours law credit during their fall or spring semesters. Students must pay for housing, books, transpiration, personal expenses and Capital’s tuition. There is no tuition or application fee charge by the University of Glasgow. The language of instruction is English.
